আমি অনার্স ৪র্থ বর্ষ-২০২২ পরিক্ষার্থী (২০১৭-২০১৮ সেশন) । প্রথম বর্ষের এডমিটা কার্ডে আমার নামের বানান ভুল আসে । তার পর থেকে ৪র্থ বর্ষ পর্যন্ত প্রত্যেক বর্ষেই ফরম পূরণ এবং এডমিট কার্ডে নাম ভুল দেখায় । ভর্তি পরিক্ষার এডমিট কার্ড/ SIF ফরম আমার কাছে নেই । এমতাবস্থায় নাম সংশোধন করার ক্ষেত্রে আমার করনীয় কি?
